Payment Plan / Option for CNA

Everything you need to know about tuition payment is down below!

Payment Plan A: Full Payment

Total Cost: $2,000

  • Pay the entire tuition upfront and receive a 5% discount.
  • Discounted Total: $1,900

Payment Plan B: Two Installments

Total Cost: $2,000

  • Initial Payment: $1,000 (due at enrollment)
  • Second Payment: $1,000 (due at the midpoint of the program)

Payment Plan C: Monthly Payments

Total Cost: $2,100 (includes a $100 administration fee)

  • Initial Payment: $500 (due at enrollment)
  • Monthly Payments: $400/month for 4 months

Payment Plan D: Weekly Payments

Total Cost: $2,200 (includes a $200 administration fee)

  • Initial Payment: $200 (due at enrollment)
  • Weekly Payments: $200/week for 10 week

What is Included in the Tuition:

Upon registration/orientation, you will receive:

  • Textbooks and Study Materials: Comprehensive course textbooks and study guides.
  • Uniforms: Two sets of uniforms required for clinical rotations.
  • Supplies: Necessary supplies such as a stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, and other medical equipment.
  • Lab Fees: Access to our state-of-the-art simulation labs.
  • Exam Fees: Fees for the state certification exam.
  • ID Badge: School ID badge for identification and security purposes.

What to Bring on Registration/Orientation Day:

To ensure a smooth registration and orientation process, please bring the following items:

  • Government-Issued ID: Valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
  • Proof of Education: High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent.
  • Initial Payment: Payment according to your chosen payment plan (cash, check, or credit card).
  • Immunization Records: Proof of required immunizations and a negative TB test.
  • Background Check Documentation: Confirmation of completed criminal background check.
  • Completed Forms: Any forms sent to you prior to orientation, filled out and signed.

How to Apply for a Payment Plan

  1. Submit an Application: Complete our online application form and indicate your preferred payment plan.
  2. Review and Approval: Our financial aid office will review your application and contact you to finalize your payment plan.
  3. Make Your Initial Payment: Secure your spot in the program by making your initial payment.

NB: Please note that the nursing assistant tuition fee and payment plan may change based on the school’s financial policy, and our admission finance office will notify you of any changes. Additionally, a school registration fee of $250 and a regional testing center CNA exam fee of $120 are not included in the total tuition cost.
